I am a licensed mental health counselor, a national certified counselor, and a board certified clinical hypnotherapist. I work with clients who suffer from anxiety/panic, depression, addictions, eating disorders, grief and loss, and relationship and/or family issues. I consider myself a humanistic psychotherapist, although other treatment modalities are used to meet the individual needs of the client. I use hypnotherapy as an adjunct to psychotherapy in the treatment of chronic pain, weight management, stress reduction, and smoking cessation. I am a certified practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming. I offer specialized groups, workshops, seminars and retreats.
